•Are written as 1 continuous paragraph
•Only punctuation marks allowed – comma(,) full stop (.)
•Information is written using phrases.
•AVOID first person PRONOUN- I, ME, MY, WE, US, OURS
•Use ruler and pencil to draw the boxes.
