2. IMPROVEMENT PLAN

• Involve Plant In-charge and prepare Improvement Plan

for each plant.
• In line with the company’s Improvement Plan.
• Review in Regional Management monthly meetings.

3. COMMUNICATION
• Ensure every month safety committee meeting takes place.
• Senior Management should attend more number of Safety
Committee meetings.
• Minutes to be circulated to all members.
• Fix one permanent exclusive notice board near to change
room for HSE communication.
• Share information about accidents known to you.
• Site rules should be available and explained to all staff.

4. ACCIDENT REPORTING
• Encourage near-miss reporting system through Safety
Committee members.
• Acknowledge and appreciate near-miss reporting.
• Investigation and corrective action.

8. SILO SAFETY
• Maintenance of Pressure Relief Valve.
• Inspection of high level indicator and alarm.

9. SITE SAFETY
• Training programmes : Defensive driving for drivers and
pumping crew.

11. COMPLIANCE
• Checking of Air/Noise parameters against PCB norms at
regular frequency.

12. 10% REDUCTION IN WATER

CONSUMPTION
• Identify present water consumption for concrete, washing,
toilet, drinking etc.
• Re-cycle and reduce waste.

13. WASTE MANAGEMENT

• Identify waste and waste quantity.

e.g. Oil, tyres, sludge, Metal drums, cement bags etc.

• Growing the green belt along with periphery of compound
