Activity 2: MY CHANGING PERSPECTIVE
Take a look at the meaning of the word, perspective. The definition provides an etymology or history of the word. The
definition says that perspective also means “mental outlook over time.” This means that views change through time. In this
lesson, you will explore your view or perspective of Africa, her people, culture and heritage. Begin by filling out the first part
(INITIAL ANSWER) of the IRF Worksheet.
