INTRODUCTION
The advanced and improved usage of social media platforms such as
Facebook has become a worldwide phenomenon for quite some time.
Though it all started has been a hobby for several computer literates
individual has changed to become a social norm and existence-style
for students around the world (Nicole, 2007). According to Nicole,
(2007), students and teenagers have especially recognized these social
media platforms to be able to contact their peers, share information,
reinvent their personas and showcase their social live.
 OBJECTIVE S
A. To determine the problems and difficulties that being encountered
by the student in using social media.
B. To determine the different factors that affecting the students
coping skills in socil media.
C. To identify the effective learning competencies of social media.
D. To make a creative and effective of social media.
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Social media plays an important role in every student’s life. It is
easier and convenient to access information, provide information and
communicate via social media. Teachers and students are connected to
each other and can make good use of these platforms for the working
of theire EDUCATION.

Professors are expanding their Twitter usage to host live lectures,

offer off-hours support for students, or even host student debates. This
type of social-media-meets-office-hours path is relatively unpaved, but
if teachers are to keep pace with the changing nature of learning in the
modern world, they should be open to exploring it.
• GOOD EFFFECTS OF SOCIAL
MEDIA SOCIAL MEDIA HAS GIVEN TEENS THE
ABILITY TO HONE DIFFERENT SKILLS THAT ARE
IMPORTANT IN THE REAL WORLD AND SOCIAL MEDIA
CAN BE EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE AND HAS ENABLE
MORE YOUNG PEOPLE TO BE CREATIVE.
 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
RESEARCH DESIGN
-The researcher used a non-experimental, descriptive method for the study in gathering the necessary information regarding the social media use and its
EFFECT on the HEALTH AND WELLNESS of students of LDNHS.

RESEARCH LOCALE
-The researcher conducted the research study at Lucena Dalahican National High School with selected 30 respondents who use social media Lucena
Dalahican National High School. The respondents give their own perception to the question by self-made questionnaire.

DATA GATHERING PROCEDURE

-The researcher provided a letter of permission forwarded to the Adviser of the Research Locale to conduct the study.
