Guidelines for Preboard 1 exam
1. Join zoom meeting using zoom id and password given in time table
15 minutes before the exam starts .
2. Rename yourself with your batch name first & your name later .
3. Video on and audio off all the time during exam.
4. Access question paper 5 minutes before the schedule time from
google classroom.
5. Use ruled papers for writing answers.
6. write Roll no, Name & Subject name on the top of the answer sheet
for identification.

7. Make one PDF file of all the answer sheets per subject to upload
8. Apart from exam duration , You will get 20 minutes extra time to make pdf and upload your answer
sheets. Late submissions will not be considered.
9.Under your work tab, click on add or create.
10. Do not forget to hand in.

11. In case of any doubt in the Q paper, connect with your subject teacher on personal Whatsapp.
