others. Aside from that, we must observe formal and
informal communication to achieve and better know
the flow of conversation and to avoid
misunderstandings.
DIGITAL LAW
It means that in the digital world we are
bounded by policies, guidelines and rules which
we abide for us to have a peaceful and
harmonious world online.
Under this is the policy against cyberbullying,
sending viruses and hacking. We also have the
policy/law about plagiarism.
DIGITAL RIGHTS
Wherein we have our freedom online. We have the
freedom of speech/free speech wherein we express
ourselves and feeling without harming other people.
We also have the rights to privacy that is why we have
passwords and any other security measures that
protects our personal information. And we must be
mindful that along with having those rights is the
responsibilty we must take in. So, we should use those
freedom and rights properly and lawfully.
HEALTH
Improper use of technology maybe detrimental to one's
health. For example, Research has shown that in
increase of technology can lead to increase of stress and
anxiety. Parents and children should be aware of this.
HEALTH
People who overused technology can also experience migraines and
headaches. Other effect can be eye strain, too much radiation can
affect our eyes especially when using our cellphone and computer in
a dark room. Too much of everything is never a good thing.
Sometime students experience contact disconnect, we must not
forget the human interaction and face to face experiences.
SECURITY
taking the proper steps to protect yourself from dangers. One
of the first security measures you should take is to back your
data. God forbids happens, you dont want to lost your works.

public computer. And become wise to online phishing.
