1995: Lorin Anderson, a former student
of Benjamin Bloom, lead another team of
psychologists in revising the original
Bloom's Taxonomy to represent the 21st
century.
Changed occurred in terminology,
structure and emphasis.
2001: The final revision of Bloom's
Taxonomy was published.
What is Bloom's Ta
xonomy?
-is a classification system that is used to
define and distinguish different level of
human cognition.
-is a set of three hierarchical models use to
classify educational learning objectives into
levels of complexity and specificity.
What's the purpose?
-is to help educators to inform or guide
the development of assessments,
curriculum, and instructional method.
-is to improve student learning and
thinking.

meaning of informational materials.

Ex: Solve the problem using the concepts given.
4. Analyzing- Breaking down informations into parts
or examining informations.
Ex. Explain why the main character decided to make
the decision she did.
5. Evaluating - Making judgments based on criteria
and standards though checking and critiquing.
Ex: Asses the value of the on the table.
6. Creating - Putting elements together to form
a coherent or functional whole.
Ex: Create a game that will help students to
improve their vocabularies.
