Ways to stay healthy during Covid-19

• Clean your hands frequently. Use soap with water, or an alcohol-


based hand rub.
• Proper nutrition and hydration are vital.
• Physical activity and relaxation techniques can be valuable tools to
help us remain calm and continue to protect our health during this
time.
• Maintaining social distance
• By looking after our mental health
• By getting vaccinated
SANITAIZATION

We should frequently sanitize and wash our hands to kill the virus. It is also important to
wear mask when we go outside our home.
NUTRITION AND HYDERATION
Eating healthy food like vegetables, fish and meat to keep our immune system strong
to not fall sick.
Also, drinking plenty of water and juices is important.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
Due to the virus we are not able to many out door actives example jogging. Therefore we
try taking online exercise classes to stay healthy and fit during the time of crisis.
SOCIAL DISTANCING

It is believed that we should maintain 6 ft distance to avoid getting


the virus.
We should avoid gatherings like concerts, weddings etc.
MENTAL HEALTH

Due to the pandemic many of us lost our close ones. Some of us lost
their jobs as a result, they can suffer from depression.
It is important to take care of our mental health and to stay happy.
VACCINATION

Now that vaccines are available, we should get vaccinated. Types of


vaccine:
• Pfizer
• Moderna
• Johnson & Johnson
