-A bungee jumper undergoes energy transformations as he falls. A bungee
jumper can be modeled with a mass attached to a spring. The mass is
released from rest at the top of the “jump”.
- As the mass falls, gravitational potential energy is converted into kinetic
energy and finally into elastic potential energy.
