Introduction

What is Virtual University System?

“Virtual University System” is a complete system in which E-Learning is possible. We took it a
step further and developed an app in which teacher can teach and student can learn online. This is
just one of many functionalities of this system.

The system supports uploading/downloading assignment, notifications, online lectures, online

quizzes, online attendance system, enrolling new teachers and students, adding new courses,
removing courses, online evaluation and online exams.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS
SYSTEM:
In recent years corona took our world like a flood and everybody was forced to work from home. In
these crisis teacher/students couldn’t get along because there was not any centralized application so
enhanced that could do it all.

That’s how it came to our mind to make such a system that will ease the difficulties of everyone.
PROBLEMS WITH EXISTING
APPLICATIONS:
There are some applications available today for e-learning, but they all got some limitations.

For example, in zoom attendance and security isn’t good & in google classroom live lectures cannot be
performed.
Users Involved:
FOLLOWING ARE THE USERS INVOLVED IN THE SYSTEM:

• Admin (Have full read/write control).

• Teacher (Have partial read/write control).

• Student (Have limited read/write control).

Functionalities of Different Users:
FOR THE ADMIN SIDE OF THE SYSTEM
• Add, edit, delete student information.

• Add, edit, delete teacher information.

• Add an entry like the subject, class.

• View log-in trail of every user.

The teacher can create his/her Class

After creating a class the teacher View the students for that particular class

Upload Downloadable materials for his/her class

Create practice quizzes for students

Grade students assignment

Post announcements

Create a class calendar of events

Message co-teacher or students

Sign up for his / her account

Can view classmates in his / her class

Answer practice quizzes

View evaluation of assignment and quizzes

Download downloadable materials in a class
