ANNOTATION:
I noticed in his outputs that he has a difficulty
about the learning area Science specially in the lesson
organ system, which is one of the most difficult topic in
grade 6 Science that is reason why I communicated with
his parents or guardian whoever is available, discovering
from his older sister that the learner is now having a part-
time job in delivering cooking oil and having a broken
family becoming a factor for learner to have a difficulty in
the said subject hence I provided activities which will
motivate the learner, gave a grace period and advised the
guardian and the learner.

ANNOTATION:

I discovered that the learner has many

unanswered learners output so immediately I’ve
informed the parents about the said matter
realizing that they are also having a hard time
understanding the lesson because of the lack of
proper education therefore I have to adjust the
level of question used in the lesson as an
intervention for the learner and advised her to
read more books using the newly provided k-12
textbooks.

ANNOTATION:

I discovered that the learner has many

unanswered learners output also that is why
I’ve called the attention of the parent which is
his mother informing me that she cannot guide
her child very due to her nature of work which
is a market vendor who works for 7x a week
making her unable to attend her child in
answering the module as an intervention I gave
appropriate activities with the learners level of
comprehension and sent link of virtual lesson
about Math 6 from YouTube

ANNOTATION:
Knowing AP as the least interesting learning area
for the pupils because of the dates, range of events and
different persona, it is the reason why learners lacks
interest in reading and just proceed in answering the
questions specially multiple choices and true or false
type question which we call TSAMBA SYSTEM in Tagalog
making this one of the reason for this particular learners
incomplete answers and low scores and the other reason
is the loss of his parent resulting to lack of parental
supervision as an intervention I make sure that I always
asked about his development from her guardian and
advise the things that might help

ANNOTATION:
As we know due to the pandemic, from
face to face, we move on printed modular
learning means we facilitators, learners
including the parents or guardians are still
adjusting with the current situation, that is
why I've selected the appropriate and
decreased the number of learning tasks that
learners' level knowing they have activities
to comply and summative tests to be
answered.
II. Name of Artifact: WHLP
IMAGES
ANNOTATION:
I’m gradually decreasing the number of
learning tasks realizing the answering
capability of my learners selecting only
tasks which are multiple choice and True or
False, if possible, specially that most of the
are from families without proper education
or lacking supervision.
II. Name of Artifact: WHLP
IMAGES
ANNOTATION:
In all the WHLP that I’ve made I see to it
that it will not be much of a burden for the
learners because I chose only those learning
task that is the differentiated and easy as
long, they will get learning competency of
the learning area.

ANNOTATION:

As face-to-face seminars are

unapplicable in this time of pandemic, it is
reason webinars or virtual seminars, and
LAC/SLAC are served for educators to cope
with the new normal. With these we are
honing our teaching skills and learning new
styles /strategies that will help our learners
academic status in the new normal.

V. Name of Artifact: Reflective Summary LD

Through this LDM course I’ve realized that we should
compile our documents for future use. It is indeed very
challenging to cope up with new normal, yet this pandemic
taught us a lot of things specially being resilient as it the one of
good attitude we Filipinos have. It also developed my
interpersonal skills and intrapersonal skills towards my parents
and colleagues. This LDM portfolio is a proof of a teachers love
for teaching as it is passion and as a second parents a teacher
will not let any of his/her learner left behind.
