Angle
Rotation
An angle that is measure in degrees, minutes, and seconds can be
converted to a decimal degree.

Example:
  ° 36′ 18′ ′ =? ? ?
1. Convert the angle to decimal degree format 45
  36 18
′ ′′
4 5 ° 36 18 =45 °+ ( 60 )+( 60 ×60 )
¿  ( 45+0.6+ 0.005 ) °
¿  45.605 °
2. Convert the decimal degree to degree, minutes, and seconds format
73.415
  °=?? ?
7  3.415 °=7 3 °+(0.415 ×60)
¿  7 3°+24.9 ′
¿  7 3° +24 ′ +(0.9 ×60)
¿  7 3° +24 ′ +54 ′ ′
¿  7 3° 24 ′ 54 ′ ′
