OBJECTIVE/S 1. Carry out your plan for building the capacity of teachers in the
implementation of LDMs in their respective schools
2. Familiarize yourself with the LDM2 course design, planning
templates, and steps in planning
3. Develop a plan for the orientation activity on the LDM2
implementation within your jurisdiction using the planning template
4. Organize the teachers’ LACs assigned to you

LAC OBJECTIVES:

1. to improve the teaching-learning process that will lead to

improve learning among the students;
2. to nurture successful teachers;
3. to enable teachers to support each other to continuously
improve their content and pedagogical knowledge, practice,
skills, and attitudes; and
4. to foster a professional collaborative spirit among school
heads, teachers,
and the community as a whole.
