Plastic widely seen as a gift to modern living but a vast


amount of plastic is mishandled in Bangladesh, posing
a serious environmental and human health risk.

plastics.
• Plastic contamination is interlinked with the SDGs and environmental change. Regardless of the
current information about the effects of plastic contamination, plastic waste administration is at a
grim level, particularly in agricultural nations.
• For instance, open consuming, informal landfilling, and removal in the regular habitat, including
cremation, are to a great extent pervasive, which is a wellbeing danger to a few lifeforms.
• Our survey gives a far reaching outline of the natural, ecological, financial expenses, including
linkages to environmental change and SDGs, with regards to plastic contamination and plastic
waste administration.
