 Introduction:
 Multi purpose agricultural drone is an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle used to help
optimize agriculture operations, increase crop production, and monitor crop
growth.[1]
 This Hexa-Copter will perform the various operation like,
1. Spraying of Pesticides
2. Seeding the fields
3. Monitoring the crops

4
 Introduction:

1. Spraying of Pesticides: 2. Seeding the fields: 3. Monitoring the Crops:

5
 Advance Literature Review:
 XAG has reveal the 2022 future agriculture Drone in which they will introduce
the three mechanism like Spraying, Seeding and Monitoring.
 So as International companies have to introduce the new concept Drone in 2022 as
we are already working on it and have to introduce it on high level in Pakistan too.
 International companies working on XAG V50 and P100 in which their aim is to
improve the efficiency and accuracy of the 2022 drone lineup.

6
 Advance Literature Review:
 We are Designing Hexa-Copter Agriculture Drone, in which we are also working
on three mechanisms like Spraying, Seeding and Monitoring.

 Most of the countries Economy are dependent on agriculture like Pakistan, so the
cultivation rate must be faster as it can.

 Drone can make it possible to boost economy by production of crops in less time
by Spraying the field in less time, Seeding the field in less time and the
Monitoring which is very important for field.[2]

7
 Components Used:
 As per our requirement we have selected the following components.
1. Hexa-Copter Frame 850mm 6. Pix-Hawk Flight Controller
2. BLDC Motor 5010 360kV 7. Telemetry Kit
3. Electronic Speed Controller 40A 8. Monitoring Camera
4. Propellers 15 X 5.5 9. Pump and Nozzle
5. Fly Sky I6x Transmitter and Receiver 10. Lipo Battery

8
 Components Used:
 Hexa-Copter Frame 850mm:
It is Full Carbon Fiber Hexa-Rotor Frame
with
Foldable Arm.
• Diagonal Length: 850mm.
• Weight: 1210g
 Transmitter and Receiver:
For Transmitting and Receiving
signals we have used FS-I6
Transmitter and FS-R6B Receiver.
• Frequency: 2.4 GHz
• No of Channel: 6
• Range: 600m – 700m in Building areas

9
 Components Used:
Electronic Speed Controller:
It is used to control the speed of BLDC
motor.
• Rating: 40A

 Brushless DC Motor 5010 360KV:

• Its an electric motor powered by a DC supply
and commutated electronically instead of by
brushes like in conventional DC motors.
Propeller:
Propellers are mounted on BLDC motors for
producing thrust
• Material: Carbon Fiber
• Length: 15 inch , Pitch: 5.5

 Advanced Block Diagram:

11
 Progress Till Now:
 We have placed order for components some components are received while some
are not shipped yet.
 First we have fitted BLDC Motors on carbon fiber tube arms.

12
 Progress Till Now:
 We have tested all motor via a servo Tester.

Figure: 1

13
 Progress Till Now:
 Then we have assembled the frame.

16
 Onward Progress:
 In onward Progress 2 we will be having the rest of the components.
 Our Drone will be ready to fly.

17
