Common Problems encountered by DCP recipient
schools (Batch 7 and 14, Interactive White Board)

Solution
 The IWB has no sound - Check if the IWB is turned on.
- Check the volume level of the IWB.
- Restart the Server.
- Disable all “USB Audio” in the Device Manager except for
the First Three (3) Audio devices, then restart the Server.
 The touch function of the IWB - Check if the IWB is turned on
is not working properly - Check if the IWB is connected to the server via USB Cable
- Restart the Server
- Calibrate the IWB

Solution
 Some or All of the 6 terminals - Check if the monitor is turned on
does not have display - Check if the nComputing device is connected to
the Server via USB cable with extender.
- Restart the server
- Switch to “Maintenance Mode”, click “Remap all
Stations”, then restart the server
- Replace the USB extender cables
Common Problems encountered by DCP recipient schools
(Batch 17-18 and 19-23a, Touchscreen Server and 6 Host PCs)

Solution
 Some or All of the 6 terminals - Check if the monitor is turned on
does not have display - Check if the nComputing device is connected to
the Server via UTP cable
- Restart the server
- Turn off the “Mother” nComputing, then turn it on.
On the menu, click “refresh” then “connect”
- Turn off the Switch Hub, then turn it on.
- Restart the server
