Some idea and points to solve for way forward
ESIA METHODOLOGY
 Preparation of IEE (checklist)- with preliminary Impact identifications, EMP.
 Preparation of ToR for DoE and application for Environmental clearance
 Based on Approved ToR we have to conduct the ESIA which will contain but not limited to:
 Collection of Mouza map, location map, NoC and Details design of infrastructure
 Data collection of :
 Water Quality (SW, GW), Air quality, Noise level, Flora Fauna
 Community consultation, Stakeholder consultation, KII & FGD
 Environmental Impact Analysis based on identified data
 Environmental Monitoring and Management Plan preparation
 Environmental Mitigation Plan Preparation for the items with Negative impact.
 Waste water and waste disposal management plan Preparation and Completion of ESIA

TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY
 A short ToR (mentioning all requirements) preparation is required based on which consultant will
deliver the survey. ( We can also provide a draft ToR which can be finalized by client) / Some
important specifications and points could also add in work order as an alternative of ToR
 Topo survey could deploy in field as early as possible after ToR preparation.
 Topo Survey could Include:

l. Land survey
2. Bathometric survey (in port area- Water depth and data extent is required to get the budget for it)
3. Mouza map overlapping
4. RTK point positioning
5. A drone survey could also be done to give idea, feasibility discussion and decision making from
office with senior officials.
TRAFFIC SURVEY
 ToR for Traffic survey is required mentioning all details location and type of survey, pick hour
off pick hour, survey date, time, whether its going to be 24 hour week long survey or classified
survey etc. (from Client; consultant can help/prepare)
 Method of Statement is required from consultant/ firm proposing for traffic survey
 This survey could start now if the details (ToR) could finalize
 To minimize the costing:

1. Traffic survey could be planned for pick and off pick hour
2. A reconnaissance survey could be done before traffic survey planning (to understand
which is pick time which is off pick, whether there any traffic after 12.00 am night, which type
of survey will be best fitted etc.)
