Gabay sa Magulang/Tagapag-alaga

Nagdulot ng napakaraming pagbabago sa pamumuhay ng bawat Pilipino ang pandemyang nararanasan ng


buong mundo. Sa gitna nito, ang Department of Education ay kaisa ng inyong tahanan upang maipagpatuloy ang
edukasyon ng lahat ng mag-aaral sa buong Pilipinas. Dalawa sa mga pamamaraang ito ang paghahanda ng
Leaning Continuity Plan at ng Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs).
Sa taong ito, inihanda ang Homeroom Guidance MELCs na naglalayong matulungan ang inyong mga anak
upang maipagpatuloy ang pagkatuto sa kabila ng mga pagbabagong dulot ng pandemya. Naglalayong maituro ng
Homeroom Guidance (HG) ang mga kasanayan sa buhay o life skills sa pamamagitan ng self- learning modules.
Nakatuon ito sa tatlong mahahahalagang domeyn—ang academic, personal-social at career development.
Binigyang-pokus sa Homeroom Guidance MELCs ang mga gawaing makatutulong sa lahat ng mga mag-aaral na
magkaroon ng Rasyunal na Pag-iisip (Rational Thinking), Malusog/Maayos na Pagkilos (Healthy Behavior) at
Positibong Disposisyon (Positive Disposition) na higit na kailangan sa panahong ito.
Malaki ang gampanin ng mga magulang upang mapagtagumpayan ang mga gawaing nakalatag dito.
Kakailanganin ng mag-aaral ang inyong patnubay at gabay sa modyul na ito. Kung kaya, hinihingi ng DepEd ang
inyong suporta na makatutulong upang mapagtagumpayan ng mag-aaral ang mga hamon sa buhay,
maisakatuparan ang mga inaasahang gawain at higit sa lahat, matutuhan ang mga kasanayan sa buhay na
kailangan nilang taglayin sa yugtong ito.

Mga taong magaling

mahusay sa pangangatwiran

pagtutuos ng mga
mathematical operations,
pag-aaral ng mga bagay na
kakaiba, at pagsasagawa ng
siyentipikong pag-aaral ang
hilig niyang gawin.
Ang taong nagtataglay ng
talinong ito ay mahusay sa
mga gawaing pisikal.

taong mayroon nito ay
malakas, mahusay
sumayaw o magaling sa
isports. Siya rin ay
madaling matuto kapag ito
ay kaniyang isasabuhay o
pisikal na gagawin.
Ang taong may talinong ito
ay mabilis makaalala,
makaunawa o makalikha ng
tunog at ritmo. Nasisiyahan
rin siya sa pagkanta o
pagtugtog ng iba’t ibang
instrumento.

My Goals and Plans
Goals are things that you want to achieve in the future. They are things that will help you to be prepared and
ready for change at school or in your life. It is important that you think about goals early because then you can
work out how to achieve them. Thinking about goals means that you will be prepared to study the subjects you
like, do the types of occupations you prefer, and keep your future options open. If you meet a goal throughout
the year, set another new one for yourself – maybe a more challenging one.

 Think about goals that relate to school and life. For example, a school goal might be to
read 15 books this year, and a life goal might be to go for a bike ride at least 4 times
a week.

Think about why the goals you have made are important. For example, reading 15 books
will help you to do well at school, and riding your bike at least 4 times a week will help
you to stay healthy.

Think about how long it will take you to achieve your goals. Some goals are short-term
which means you can achieve them in a few weeks. Some goals are long-term which
means it might take a year or more before you can achieve them.

 Throughout the year it is important for you to spend some time thinking about the
goals and plans you set for yourself, and what it was like discovering your strengths
and interests. Reflecting on what you wrote in your Career Action Plan throughout the
year, you might need to include some new things in your next Career Action to help
you to achieve your long-term goals.
