undergraduate student during pandemic in Egypt :

The Education learning system In Egypt.

Direct factors affect education system during pandemic.

Using zoom to rapidly adapt to online classes from remote locations

Teachers and student engagement satisfaction level with online learning.

Problem Statements/objectives

Zoom offered its services to Kg–High school schools free of charge in many
countries.

Some problems in the application such as interruption due to poor

infrastructure in the country

Zoom also released a paid education plan which allows unlimited meetings
for up to 300 people. Not just that, these meetings are graced with the
options of recording, transcription, and various other administrative controls.

Research Questions

What the effect of using e learning on student and

teachers?

parent’s education level and their income level

Why could be powerful element of using online
education system?

How the student and their parents’ satisfaction could

Research Variables
Dependent Variable

E - Learning Service Quality

Service quality can be used as measure of quality of infrastructure in general.

People whose having high service able to have high internet connection, high
course material and stable connection.
In bad service quality the people have poor connection which lead to many
constrains in their interacting with others, therefore they couldn’t apply E
learning as it should to be applied.

Research Variables

Independent variable

Infrastructure Teachers' qualification

One of the most important element which has Transition learning from face to face to be online
direct effect on online education system, which learning spawns a lot barriers for teachers, given
to lead to success or failed according its quality this happened suddenly without being prior
preparation

14
Research Variables
Intervening variable

Student Satisfaction
E-learning has been introduced as a temporary solution in light of COVID-19, it
has proven to be a success, and as such is likely going to remain part of the
education system, even once the pandemic ends.
However, the main influence on the success of the E-learning is the extent of
students' satisfaction with the services provided and the extent of their
understanding of them. Students' satisfaction is considered a major factor in the
process..

Research Variables
Moderating variable

Government Support
E-learning has been introduced as a temporary solution in light of COVID-19, it
has proven to be a success, and as such is likely going to remain part of the
education system, even once the pandemic ends.
That being said, the legislative framework needs to be updated in order to
conform with the requirements of this new system. More specifically, the
Government should work on promulgating new laws that regulate e-learning
platforms, protect students’ data and guarantee that the intellectual property
rights of teachers and educational institutions are preserved.

16
Research Variables
Moderating variable

Student Age
Student age is one of the factors which The place
affect on online learning by indirect way The place affects the E- learning process
Also parents' participation and their even through Infrastructure and Educational
support and effort with their children, in level in different places, both rural and
primary & secondary school urban

Data Collection

20
Data Collection

 Sources of Data
 The research labored both primary and secondary sources of data collection.

 Approaches to Data Collection

 We are going to use quantitative & qualitative approach.

 Data Collection Methods

 The method will be Survey.

21
Data Collection

 Data Collection Techniques

 The Collection Techniques will be as following:
 School's records of E-Learning Service Quality and infrastructure (Secondary & Quantitative).
 Online questionnaire to students for measuring satisfaction (Primary & Quantitative).
 Structured interview with teachers to measure Teacher’s qualifications (Primary & Qualitative and
we may adding quantification).
 Online questionnaire to be sent to remote areas teachers in order to measure their qualification
(Primary & Quantitative)

 Data Collection Tools

 One of tools will be online by sending message to students for measuring satisfaction and tto
teachers to measure their qualifications, using online tool allowing to reach the maximum
possible number.
 The other tool will be offline by reviewing schools records of using technology and service
quality also Structured interview with teachers.
22
Data analysis methods :

the data analysis in this research depends on statistical analysis :

descriptive statistics :we use percentage, mean ,median and SD as a tool to

descripe the phenomena of E-Learning service quality to measure the student
satisfaction

Non –descriptive statistics : we will examine the research hypotheses

represented in the relationship between variables by SPSS technique,
where we measure the independent variables (infrastructure & teacher´s
..qualifications ) on dependent variable (E –learning service quality )
