Purpose - The check if the material can be

used, rework and use or to be scrapped.

• Cutoff of old material in system based on

• In case of Scrap decision - Plant head will be
authorised to sign scrap note. This will
avoid collection of obsolete parts in plant.
(Quarterly limit - Rs. 50,000)
• Timely decisions will help generating Space
availability for storage of material in stores.
