B. SWOT Analysis
STRENGTH
The strengths of our business are the uniqueness of our product and the raw materials that we have used are
in best quality. And most of our respondents have also determined that our product is affordable and they are
interested in buying it.
The chocolate, strawberry and ube factors that are presents in our product is what makes it unique from the
other types of pastillas that are usually seen in our school canteens. And we can also guarantee to our customers
that we have used the quality raw materials to produce and make our product. It is also affordable and delicious and
that what makes them interested in buying our product.
WEAKNESS
The weakness of our group business might be the number of pastimallows that we can produce in a single day.
That is because we only have limited equipment’s which can only produce a small number of pastimallows in a day.
In addition, some of our respondents think that the sugar content of our product may be harmful for their health.
And that factor could contribute to the cause of our less profit again.
CHAPTER IV

OPPORTUNITIES
The best opportunity that our business might get is the absence of the exact same product in the market or in the school
canteen. Through there are similar products that is being sold in the canteen like ordinary pastillas ,the exact same version of
our product is still nowhere to be found in the school canteen and this factor may provide a great opportunuity for our
business to introduce to the public and to be known in the market.
Based on the result of our survey our most of our respondents also wants this kind of prouct to be sold here inside the
school campus so that they could be able to try a product that is something new to their eyes and taste.

THREATS
The rising cause of raw materials might become a threat to our business it might affect the price of our product and could
possibly make our potential customers to hesitate in buying our product since it became a little expensive.

The other threat is that we are also surrounded by many competitors including the vendors in the canteen and the other
canteen and the other students that belong to other strand whom are also going to establish their businesses inside the
campus premises .Those factors are beyond the control of our business that is why it could really serve as a great threat to it.
