VISIT REPORT
FINISHING & AMENITIES
1- Electric transformers installed at site ( 1030 KVA)
2- Large capacity water tanks with 4 separate motors
provide 24/7 water
3- CCTV installed on each floor and entrance with
command and control area on ground floor.
4- Building Managements office ready. As per the
Developer, building maintenance team will take over
the building from 1st June.
5- As communicated by the developer, grocery store
along with cafe will be opened on designated area on
ground floor by 15th June.
WORK IN PROGRESS
1- Fixing/finishing of paint is being done
where required.
2- Floor Cleaning is being done. However,
deep cleaning of the whole building is
required.
3- Minor tile fixes in common places is
required on almost all floors.
4- Electrical fixes are being done in 3-4
apartment.
5- Finishing work of penthouses is being
done. However, work has not yet
resumed after Eid holidays.
Underground Car Parking
1- Underground parking is spacious
with parking capacity of roughly 60+
cars. There is also space on side and
front of the building
2- Entrance of the parking is also
wide as compared to buildings
beside Riverwalk.
3- However, minor fixing of ramp and
paint work with deep cleaning is
required in basement.
Query: Size of apartment not as per plan
During our visit, we checked actual sizes of the apartments and found
approximately same sizes as per the floor plan given. 5 random apartments
were checked during the visit. Developer has asked to provide any specific
apartment where size is not as per the plan.
