The 118.124km project segment begins in Havelian and ends in Thakot.The project area is
860m~1880m above sea level, located in the north of Pakistan. KKH Phase II project, as a
framework project of the governments of China and Pakistan, is owned by The National
Highway Administration of Pakistan and adopts EPC engineering contract mode.

November 30, 2013.
KKH Phase II supervision project

Kaifei Road PMC project
The total length of the Keffi-Akwanga-Lafia-Makurdi road is about 221.8km, passing through Nasarawa and Benue states. The starting point of the highway is
located at the roundabout island about 1km east of the Keffi interchange, connecting with Abuja-Keffi Road, and the end point is located at the head of Dagao
Bridge of Benue River in Makurdi City. The reconstruction and expansion work of this section will mainly widen the current opposite two-lane section to two-
way four-lane section to effectively enhance road capacity and service level and improve traffic conditions.
