- Reflection helps you to take a step back and think
critically about something. You'll get new insights and
views by studying, questioning, and assessing the event.
- Reflective writing allows you to consider how an
experience affected you and how this relates to your
personal values. We all bring our own viewpoints to any
circumstance, which influences how we perceive it.
