RATIONALE
Multimedia education is now gaining grounds in the classroom that bridges learner's
in learning mathematics. Utilizing multimedia technology allows learners to learn real-
world skills related to technology including value of teamwork, and effective
collaboration. This emphasizes that multimedia bears in interactivity and discovery
among the students. it allow the learners to explore more explanations and information
about their lesson on their own due to the interactivity the multimedia offers. The
practice of technology in teaching mathematics can transform a classroom from a boring
place to an exciting learning environment.
In connection with this, the researchers gained interest to conduct this study which aims
to determine the learners perception if multimedia technology is being utilized.

The study will be conducted in Tagbilaran City Central Elementary
School at 74 M. Torralba Street, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines.

The participants of the study are the Grade Six learners' of Tagbilaran
City Central Elementary School through purposive sampling.
