● Reliance Jio aims to cover 99% population by end of FY18.
● Jio has built India’s largest next generation all-IP network with latest 4G LTE
technology which is ready to deploy 5G technology and beyond.
● Reliance Jio aims to providing internet services to the rural areas of the
country.
● Build on the success if 4G by introducing an even high-end version of mobile
broadband.
● Accelerate the roll-out, keep services affordable.
● Stimulate adoption of connected intelligent solutions across all walks of life.
FINDINGS
● Reliance Jio has wide market captured in Abohar
● Most customers purchased jio because of its free services and new schemes
● Customers are nearly satisfied with the 4G unlimited services as comparison to
other services
● Reliance jio is the market leader in abohar all the customer are preferably happy
with its products and services.
● Wide network coverage is avialable in abohar areas according to the customers.
CONCLUSION
Reliance jio has become a very successful brand in india & providing customer
satisfaction is to be there main motive.it provides unlimited free calling and data services
& SMS on the move as people are more dependent on it in their daily lives like wide
network coverage and good 4G services. Because 3G services was unable to meet our
customer needs and wants. That’s why 4G has been evolved for india customers.

Reliance jio possesses congestion free & wide network coverage, attractive 4G scheme
& customer services as well as lifetime roaming free services.

Providing customer satisfaction is the most crucial step of the company as they are to be
satisfied and provides internet access on the move such as wide network.
