1. Formative / On-going Evaluation – Ginagawa ito habang
nagpapatupad ng programa at plano. Layunin nito na magabayan ang
mga namumuno para makapagwasto ng patakaran, plano, alokasyon
ng rekurso at iba pa.

(Monitoring)
▪ An orientation of the Monitoring Committee should also be done prior to the actual monitoring;
▪ The Monitoring Committee Chair shall collect all the monitoring sheets from its members immediately
after the monitoring activity;
▪ The Monitoring Chair may also call for a short post-monitoring meeting to discuss and consolidate their
observations and recommendations;
▪ Project Implementations and Activities conducted should also be assessed and synthesized to derive
lessons and learning that can be used in the future undertakings of the barangay.
▪ Is the program or project undertaken according to schedule and budget? If not why?
▪ What needs to be done to put back on schedule and within the budget?
▪ If they were reached, was this done efficiently and equitably? If not, how can this be done?
