Key challenges observed & Mitigation Strategies

Key challenges observed Mitigation

Completely removed organic solvent (DMF) and extracted with

SC9 intermediate were not extracting from water
DCM/MeOH
SC9 LHS has poor solubility in organic solvents to couple with SC9 LHS was dissolved in DMF at elevated temperature and even after
corresponding acids bring back to the RT it was remain complete dissolved state

9
Key metric for project success

 Productivity: Productivity of  ≥4 compounds/FTE/ month

 Speedy & continuous delivery of priority targets on weekly basis for SAR

 Experimental write-ups: Ongoing with experimental write-ups of the completed targets.

 Weekly updates: In the agreed format and with summary line in all the slides as applicable, with more information on the
failed reactions.

 Communication: Proactive communication on challenges and scheduled holidays
