Mạch tạo xung

1. Cấu tạo mạch tạo xung:

• Mạch tạo xung là một mạch điện tử có chức năng biến đổi
tín hiệu điện từ dạng này sang dạng khác, thường là từ điện
xoay chiều sang điện một chiều hoặc từ điện một chiều sang
xung vuông.
• Mạch tạo xung có nhiều ứng dụng trong các lĩnh vực điện
tử, như mạch điều khiển, mạch đèn báo, bảng đèn quảng
coo, v.v..

2. Nguyên lý làm việc của mạch tạo xung:
• Khi cấp điện áp vào mạch, Tranzito dẫn điện và tạo ra một dòng điện chạy
qua cuộn cảm, tạo ra một từ trường xoay chiều quanh cuộn cảm, làm thay
đổi điện áp trên tụ điện.
• Khi điện áp trên tụ điện đạt đến mức đủ để làm Tranzito ngắt dẫn, dòng
điện sẽ ngừng chạy qua cuộn cảm và từ trường sẽ suy giảm. Điều này làm
cho điện áp trên tụ điện giảm xuống và Tranzito lại bắt đầu dẫn.
• Quá trình này lặp lại liên tục, tạo ra các xung dao động có tần số phụ thuộc
vào giá trị của cuộn cảm và tụ điện. Tần số của các xung dao động này có
thể cao hơn nhiều lần so với tần số của nguồn cấp, do đó được gọi là xung
đa hài.

1. Cấu tạo mạch tạo song:

• Mạch khuếch đại là mạch điện mắc phối hợp với các linh
kiện điện tử để khuyếch đại tín hiệu điện về mặt điện áp,
dòng điện, công suất.
2. Nguyên lý làm việc của mạch tạo sóng:
• Tín hiệu vào Uvào qua R1 tới đầu vào đảo của OA. Kết quả
điện áp ở đàu ra ngược dấu với điện áp ở đầu vào và đã được
khuếch đại.

1. Cấu tạo:
• Mạch đa hài hay mạch tạo sóng đa hài là
sử dụng các loại linh kiện như transistor,
điện trở, tụ điện,… một trong những dạng
mạch đơn giản để tạo sóng đa hài.

2. Nguyên lý làm việc (giai đoạn 1)

• Khi được cấp nguồn thì tụ điện C1 và C2 sẽ đều được nạp điện, khi
đó một trong 2 BC547 Q1 hoặc Q2 sẽ hoạt động trước. Dù đều cùng
một loại nhưng sẽ có con nhạy hơn

2. Nguyên lý làm việc (giai đoạn 1)

• Đầu tiên, giả sử Q1 nhạy hơn và hoạt động trước, đồng nghĩa Q1 có Vbe
lớn hơn hoặc bằng 0.6V (do điện áp tại cực B của Q1 tăng từ 0 đến 0.6V,
trước khi điện áp ở đây bằng 0.6V thì cực âm tụ C1 vẫn đang được nạp),
dòng điện có thể đi từ cực C xuống cực E và xuống mass nên led D2 sáng,
đầu cực dương tụ C2 không được nạp điện do dòng điện chỉ đi xuống
mass. Cùng lúc đó vì Q2 không dẫn (không hoạt động) nên led D1 không
sáng. cực dương tụ C1 sẽ được nạp điện, nhưng sẽ không nạp được bao
nhiêu vì dòng điện lúc này chủ yếu chạy về mass, cực âm tụ C2 lẫn âm tụ
C1 cũng vậy, không nạp được bao nhiêu. Khi Q1 hoạt động thì cực B cũng
được coi như đang nối với cực E xuống mass nên dòng điện ở chân B được
đi qua chân E xuống mass, đồng nghĩa điện áp tại B giảm từ 0.6 V về 0V
(cực âm tụ C1 xả điện). Khi điện áp tại chân B xả hết thì Q1 ngưng dẫn,
đèn led D2 tắt.

2. Nguyên lý làm việc (giai đoạn 2)
• Khi mà Q1 đã ngưng dẫn, cực âm của C2 sẽ được nạp điện
áp thông qua dòng đi qua điện trở R1 khi điện áp đạt giá
trị 0,6V, điện áp đi vào cực B của Q2 lúc này Q2 dẫn vì
VBE Q2 lớn hơn hoặc bằng 0,6V, cực C của transistor Q2
sẽ được nối với cực E và dòng đi xuống mass, đèn LED
D1 lúc này sẽ sáng, tại cực dương của tụ C1 xuất hiện hiện
tượng xả điện, cực dương của tụ C2 được nạp điện vì lúc
này Q1 vẫn đang ở trạng thái không dẫn.

2. Nguyên lý làm việc (giai đoạn 2)
• Nguyên lý hoạt động vẫn tương tự như ở giai đoạn 1, cực
âm của tụ C2 sẽ được xả điện áp và xuống mass do cực B
và cực E của Q2 được nối thông với nhau, khi điện áp
được xả hết từ 0,6 – 0 V thì lúc này Q2 sẽ ngưng dẫn và
LED D1 sẽ tắt.
• Sau đó cực âm của tụ C1 sẽ được nạp làm cho điện áp ở
cực B của transistor Q1 tăng lên từ 0 – 0,6V lúc này Q1 sẽ
dẫn. Các quá trình này sẽ được lặp đi lặp lại luân phiên và
tạo ra một mạch đa hài với dạng sóng điện áp tại cực C
như hình bên
