5. EVALUATION MATRIX

Participants are expected to think out of the box, their ideas and solutions could be funny, exciting, and even
crazy.
1 Creativity 1-10 20%
The team is regarded as creative when they are able to deliver their ideas, solutions, and work together in new
and effective methods, as long as they still come up with awesome, innovative ideas and solutions.
The team is expected to have strategic planning with clear roles, what to do, and balance the limited time before
starting to develop the product.
2 Strategy 1-10 15%
The team’s decision is expected to be made in time and suitable in the specific situations in the consensus of the
whole group.
All team members are expected to collaborate well by being able to effectively communicate, share knowledge,
and help each other when in need with the aim to altogether complete the eventual result.
3 Teamwork 1-10 20%
Each team member is given a chance to utilize his/her own capacity or even try on new roles within the team's
limited resources.
The result is expected to be able to run well with acceptable quality as a Minimum Viable Product.
4 Completeness 1-10 30%
The team follows their beginning planned schedule, and is able to reach their target of the solutions

7. HOW TO REGISTER?
❖ CLV Hackathon Festival 2023 is open to All CLV staffs, excluding BOD/Project Team
Managers/Operation (HR/Infra/Acc)/ Technical staff.
❖ Participant limit: 84 slots
❖ Team size: maximum 7 members/ team
❖ Registration will be based on first come-first serve principle.
