    An oil spill of approximately 250 ml was discovered in the drain area of a power house. The spill came from an Aldzama hose during replacement work. Rain carried the oil away. A leak was also found in an MFO pipe line near a cooling tower. To address this, a safety talk will be given to the Aldzama team, the MFO pipe line will be repaired, and an oil boom will be installed to contain future spills.
