PENGERTIAN SIMPLE PAST
TENSE
 Tenses yang digunakan untuk menyatakan
suatu kejadian yang telah terjadi pada waktu
lampau dan berakhir pula di masa lampau
dalam waktu yang spesifik.
 Simple past tense divide into 2 forms :

 Verbal simple past tense

THE PATTERN OF
VERBAL SIMPLE PAST TENSE

Example :
(+) I went to Jakarta yesterday.
(-) I did not go to Jakarta yesterday.
(?) did you go to Jakarta yesterday?
