The theme establishes the direction the
OUTFIT is going to take. It must be simple
and can easily be understood by the boys in
PROGRAM a way that it will excite their imagination
THEME about interesting activities that are full of
adventures and fun.

Preferably, the theme should be one that is

made by the boys themselves. Never impose
a theme. At most, give them a selection to
choose from.
