 Introduction
Dream bakers is an establishment that produces
and sells flour-based food baked in an oven such
as bread, cookies, cakes, pastries, pies, coffee
and tea. The bakery provides freshly prepared
bakery and pastry products at all times during
business operations. The bakery start-up coffee
and bakery retail establishment located in
konabari, gazipur. The company plans to build a
strong market position in the town.
 Background of business
Dream bakers is a bakery and coffee shop managed by
two partners. It is equally owned by its two partners.
These partners represent sales/management and
finance/administration areas, respectively. The partners
will provide funding from their own savings, which will
cover start-up expenses and provide a financial cushion
for the first months of operation. Financing will come
from the partners' capital and a ten-year SBA loan. The
company plans to build a strong market position in the
town, due to the partners' industry experience and mild
competitive climate in the area.
 PROBLEMS AND PROSPECT
Employees who can't answer questions -- about
ingredients for the breads and cakes, about why
your bakery is better than the competition or why
using real cream, eggs and butter creates a superior
product -- results in lost sales. The problem with
local workers is they're always doesn't give 100%
commitment in their job.Poorly operated bakeries
waste ingredients and labor, increasing expenses
and lowering profit margins. Train employees to
keep the bakery sparkling at all times.
 Conclution
We hopeful to create and exclusive position for
our products and services in the mind of
customers by using our bands and features. We
