Overview of Policy
Headings Description
Interzonal:
All Contractual Zone MS/FS/NMS category employees, who have served at least 1 year after hiring
with no outstanding liability disciplinary action.
Applicable on Intrazonal:
All Contractual Zone MS/FS/NMS employees, who have served at least 4 months with no
outstanding liability disciplinary action.

Non-Applicability Temporary / Casual

Initial Appointment At least 150 Km from home town (Need recommendation from CEO for Distance)

Approving Authorities

MS 2 & MS 3 Shall be initiated & approved by CEO One Network.


Shall be initiated by Team Lead & HR Department for approval of CEO One Network and
MS 4 & MS 5
implemented through Human Resource Department.
Shall be initiated by Team Lead & Departmental Head for approval of Manager HR for further
FS 9 - 12
implementation

Note: The terms and conditions for the Transfer Policy can be changed without any prior notice and
will be the sole discretion of the CEO.

Exceptions
Transfer on compassionate Grounds:
Transfer on compassionate grounds can be entertained on case to case basis for 6 months with approval of CEO.

Guidelines for Transfers:

a) Employees will adhere to transfer instruction issued by ONE NETWORK on time to time basis.
b) Non-adhering to transfer orders may result in end of employment contract.
c) Employees may be anticipated earlier with at least two weeks formal notice and preferably four weeks formal notice to
avoid future disparities. In all instances, adequate notice of transfer must be given to avoid the risk of disrupting the
workflow.
d) The employee will be entitled to food an accommodation on new job location as per company policy and job
requirements.
e) Human Resource department to ensure adhering operation guidelines at the time of Project/ Zone transfer from one
location to other.
f) Employees will not be authorized for any additional allowances as a result of transfer, however, TA may be granted as per
One Network policy and approval of CEO.
g) Transfer on compassionate grounds can be entertained on case to case basis, depending upon the nature of request and
availability of vacancy. No TA/DA is admissible on such postings.
