Investment Option – Licensing & Online Thomas Hub Account

This option is more cost effective if there are large number of Candidates to be assessed in a given year.
Thomas Talent Assessment Platform (Thomas HUB) consumes credits (units) to generate reports for
the Candidates. In this option:

• Client will get unique Login ID & password for Thomas Hub Online Account

• Units (credit points) would be uploaded in client’s Thomas Hub Online account as per the Purchase Order

• In this option, end-to-end activity (assigning the assessment (s) to candidates, tracking their completion status,
and generating report (s) would be managed by the client)

• Once the Client has consumed the units purchased, they can re-purchase/order more units as per their
requirements
Unit Consumption-for PPA
The below table provides unit consumption pattern for Thomas PPA

(6 units for PPA Graphs+12 units for detailed PPA Profile)

Any subsequent PPA-based report for the same candidate (Like Leadership 8-12 units each additional report
Skills, Talent Selection, Strength & limitation report etc.) (depending on the Report taken)

Note: There are about 20 PPA-based reports that can be generated for a Candidate who has completed Thomas PPA. Each
report is charged and a client may choose to take any one or a combination of these reports.

• Additionally, there will be One-time Licensing fee of ₹ 33,000/- (+GST) – including One Complimentary Thomas PPA Certification nomination in a Public Program
• The no. of candidates mentioned in the table is just for your reference for your better understanding of the investment breakup
• Units can be used for any of our Talent Assessments; PPA, GIA, HPTI, TEIQ, Team Analysis, Thomas 360 Degree Feedback. Each assessment consumes a different number of
units
• GST @ 18% will be charged extra
