To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific
works related to Civil, interior/finishing projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Project Planning, Budgeting, costing, Inventory Planning, profit - loss analysis,
Support to Project Management Team for monitoring of Contractual Compliances,
Monitor final completion of works, Issue of Substantial Completion certificate,
Identify additional works, Variations, Cost implications, & extra claims and preparation of Proposals of contract variation,
negotiate & settlement of variations
Participate in the final inspection of work & closing of Snags,
Execution, Quality, finalizing vendors, Schedule,
Ensure correct verification of all Bills with respect to quantity, Payment, quality, design, and adherence to Project schedule,
penal conditions, etc.,
Identify additional works, Variations, Cost implications, & extra claims and preparation of Proposals of contract variation,
