Moshiur is a Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience (12 yrs. in Abu Dhabi) in the field of civil,
structural, quality assurance, quality control, and construction management of largescale projects. He
has a proven record on major Airport, Car park, Sewage Treatment plant, River Bank protection, Bridge
Construction (Jamuna Multipurpose Bridge with Hyundai), and residential projects in the UAE and
other countries. Moshiur has vast knowledge in cloud base construction management platform (ZUTEC)
and automated report generation for higher management.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Abu Dhabi Midfield Terminal Project, UAE| Project Engineer, Civil & Structural

In the Emirates of Abu Dhabi this mega project, include construction of the Midfield Terminal Complex
(MTC), designed to be the largest, visually pleasing, and architecturally magnificent structure. The main
project features are 700,000sqm floor area with 28,000sqm of retail, Food and Beverage outlets. The
flooring structure is a combination of Precast and Cast-in-situ concrete elements and roof is a steel
structure with 180m span of arch. The cost of the terminal complex is to approximate AED 18 billion,
including 49 boarding gates and options for future expansions, technological modifications, and internal
reconfigurations.

Responsibilities/Tasks:
 Leading a group of inspection engineers consist of Structural, Architectural and Civil finishing
discipline.
 Prepared detail project progress reports and monitors work progress as per the approved
project schedule.
 Issued non-conformity reports in case of any non-conformity arise in contrast with the project
specification.

 Performed multi-disciplinary coordination, prepared joint inspection schedule of activities,


followed-up joint inspection, and collected reports from all parties to issue comments to the
contractor for rectification.
 Prepare, review and submit monthly, weekly and surveillance reports of site ongoing works
 Distribute Work Inspection Request (WIR), manage snagging and de-snagging process, room
completion activity and extract automated generate report for higher management through

ADNOC Corporate Headquarters Project, Abu Dhabi, UAE| Project Engineer, Civil & Structural

Project involved working on 342 meters tall, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company’s corporate headquarters,
the second-tallest building in Abu Dhabi and the nineteenth tallest office building in the world. It
comprised of 75 floors, 2 basements, and 3 floors of car parking with a total built-up area of
approximately 190,000 SM. The design provided a carefully developed site plan that took maximum
advantage of the building setback by creating plazas and entry courts, suitable for a prestigious
corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities/Tasks:
 Ensure that all activity scheduled for inspection had an approved shop drawing, method
statement, quality control procedure, and an inspection and test plan (ITP).
 Facilitated all site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP.
 Verified the compliance of all relevant test results from the independent testing laboratory
with project requirements.
 Ensure that the works complied with legal, health, and safety requirements and monitors day-
to-day site HSE condition.

Involved construction supervision of Mid-rise multiple building projects.

Responsibilities/Tasks:
 Ensure that the work progress according to the project plan, and support the project controls
in budgeting, and planning.
 Monitor daily field work activities, prepared estimates, bid items, and evaluated supplier's
submitted quotations.
 Made the necessary follow-up with suppliers to speed up the delivery and installation of

Project involved working on the ADNOC Housing Complex Expansion at Ruwais that consisted of the
construction of six floors building for married staff accommodation with all facilities and related

 Conducted on site progress meeting, prepared detailed work schedule including resource
pooling for civil works and coordinated with the Project Manager regarding works progress and
quality issues.
 Monitor work progress to ensure that all parts of field work were progressing smoothly and
complying with safety and quality standards.
 Estimated materials required at site and made purchase requests; assist QA/QC Manager in
conducting internal quality audits; and ensure that non-conformance report raise once the
activities deviated from the contract specifications.
 Coordinated with the project staff to compile and maintain records of inspection and testing

Jamuna River Bank Protection Project, Bangladesh | Junior Specialist
Work as a team resource in the 2nd CERP, Gorai River restoration project, BRE protection project, Teesta
Commanded area development project, NIKO gas field and etc. Main objective includes development
and validation of mathematical modelling of various development projects under Water Development
Board to assist in carefully tuning the type, location, and design properties of the bank protection works
to minimize the land and bank erosion.

Responsibilities/Tasks:
 Collect and Process field data as prime input for Mathematical Modelling and analyze data to
extract information for design input.
 Support to design the suitable bank protective works for various erosion-affected areas.
 Prepared the drawing of protective works and estimated quantities of designed structures for
tender purpose.
 Assessed the best route alternatives for the 16-inch diameter and 16 KM long pipeline from
Chhatak west gas field to Jalalabad distribution facilities.

 Bridge alignment and elevation control during installation and production of precast bridge
segments and pier head unit.
 Hydrographic and Topographic survey of the project area.
 Position and elevation control of Pile Cap in construction phase & installation phase.
 Performed final inspection of every work as per inspection and testing plan with Construction
Supervision Consultant (CSC).
 Quantity survey of the stacked boulder, sand and calculate earth cut-fill volume.
