SPECIFIC BACKGROUND

• Ethiopia is the second most populous country in Africa.

• The population in mojo city is estimated to be over 200,000.
• This all people are getting health care from mojo Primary Hospital and other private health station.
• The Hospital has many workers. Just like a Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, Midwife free, laboratories sister,
etc
• The Hospital have 283 workers. Except the cleaners and the Guard of the hospital.
• Most of them are single.
• There are 182 single and 101 married workers in the hospital.
• The workers should appear near to the hospital. To serve the patient on time.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

 Lack of the patient getting service on time b/c the workers

house(may be their rental house) far from the hospital.
