As per Truck GR slip

Fill the details in above as follows and save the same On Saving it will generate a slip number

On saving "Data Saved" Message will come" and slip number will be shown at Slip No.

TRUCK ALLOW For allowing the truck go to Edit Menu & Selected "Truck In" Option

Put the slip number & press enter

Click on Save option . System will record intime & Date On saving the same it will show the Intime & Date

TRUCK OUT For allowing the truck out to Edit Menu & Selected "Truck Out" Option

Put the slip number generated above & press enter After checking the details & Save the same Before saving Out Time & Date will be blank

System will record the Out Time & Date after selecting the save option

REPORT FOR ALLOW SLIP TRANSACTION ZHP Go to Print Report of Allow Slip Option select Report of Allow Slip

Put the date, Plant code Excute by clicking on Clock icon
