200 ml frisca cateva capsuni frumoase
Mod de preparare reteta
Freci zaharul cu galbenusurile, adaugi laptele clocotit si fierbi compozitia la bain-marie, amestecand continuu pana se ingroasa. Dai la o parte si adaugi gelatina topita in prealabil in putina apa fierbinte. Amesteci pana se raceste, apoi adaugi capsunile zdrobite, albusurile batute spuma separat, esenta de rom si amesteci usor. Torni crema intr-o forma de chec si o dai la frigider pentru cateva ore. Cand vrei sa o consumi, tii 2-3 secunde forma in apa fierbinte, apoi o rastorni pe un platou. Ornezi cu frisca batuta spuma si cateva capsuni frumoase. Poti prepara usor crema, atat cu fructe proaspete, cat si cu cele congelate. E o crema usor de preparat si foarte gustoasa.
