EXCITING CLASS CHANGES


Group Exercise is all about working together and we are very excited to announce some class changes in October that will bring new choices to our program and enhance your Group Exercise class experience.

NEW CLASSES!
TUESDAYS 6:30-7:15pm: TABATA with Copland-begins October 1st - in Studio TUESDAYS 12:00-1:00pm: GROUP CYCLING with Copland begins October 15th - Must Register in Octomize - In Cycle Studio WEDNESDAYS 4-4:45pm: KIDS IN MOTION with Mary-begins October 23rd - For ages 7-12 years - In Studio THURSDAYS 5:30-7:00pm: CORE/YOGA with Greta-begins October 1st - In Studio

CLASS CHANGES
MONDAY: TODDLER FUN 10am will be in the MPR beginning October 7th TUESDAY : PILATES 5:30-6:30pm beginning October 1st FRIDAY: FLEX and STRETCH 9am will now be called Active Isolated Stretching
