Using Yogas

2. If the Sun and others join (except Mercury), the Suns dasa confers fame and wealth, and the others dasas are ordinary. 3. If the Moon and Mars join or aspect each other, the Moons dasa yields fortunate results, but Mars dasa will be ordinary. 4. If Jupiter and the Moon join, the Moons dasa proves very prosperous, but Jupiters dasa will be ordinary. 5. If Jupiter and Mars join or aspect each other, Mars dasa will be very fortunate, but Jupiters dasa will be ordinary. 6. If Jupiter and Saturn join or aspect each other, Saturns dasa will prove very fortunate, but Jupiters dasa will be ordinary. 7. If Venus is joined or aspected by Mercury or Jupiter, the native will gain wealth in the dasa of Venus, though they become bereft of wealth in the dasa of Jupiter, and mixed results occur in the dasa of Mercury. Combinations of House Lords 1. If the 10th and 11th lords join or aspect each other, Raja Yoga will be caused in the dasa of the 11th lord; auspicious and inauspicious results will be equal during the dasa of the 10th lord. 2. If the 10th and 3rd lords join or aspect each other, the native will be deprived of fortune in the dasa of the 10th lord, but will enjoy fortunate results in the dasa of the 3rd lord. 3. If the 8th lord and 9th lord join or aspect each other, fame and power will be conferred in the dasa of the 8th lord. Also, fame and power will be conferred not in the dasa of the 9th lord, but in the antardasa of the 8th lord (in any other dasa). These combinations should be considered with rasi aspects. Conjunctions have been found to be more significant than aspects. If Saturn is one of the yoga forming planets, then the dasa of Rahu will also give the effects of the yoga. The stronger and better disposed Saturn is, the more significant the yoga affects will be in the dasa of Rahu. Similarly, if Mars is one of the yoga forming planets, then the dasa of Ketu will also give the effects of the yoga.
