We are the Lex Cervus Fraternity, a law fraternity exclusive for Recoletos schools all over the Philippines. Every Feast of the Child Jesus (Sinulog Festival), all of our brothers from all chapters around the Philippines and the world gather to celebrate such event as well as the bond that we have shared as members of this brotherhood. We have been doing this for 20 years already, and this year is special because we are also celebrating the 25th Founding Anniversary of our Cebu Chapter. In line with this, we would like to ask your good office to allow us to set up a booth in front of Department of Health Region 7 Office in Osmea Blvd. A sketch is herein attached to clearly indicate the location which we intend to occupy.
