Lemon Icing

Ingredients: 2 cups confectionary sugar (sifted) 2 lemons grated zest & juice of lemons Heavy cream (as needed)

Method of Preparation:

1. Mix confec. Sugar, zest and juice. 2. Stir to blend adding heavy cream as needed for the pourable consistency. 3. Spread icing over cake.
