Ingredients: 4 slices smoked bacon 12 shelled prepared scallops Chopped parsley Lemon wedge for Garnish

Method of Preparation: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Heat skillet, cut scallops in half, cut bacon into small pieces Fry bacon till brown Reduce heat to medium low Add scallops to skillet Add parsley and lemon juice Cook 1 minute on each side
