Subject: Broken Televison

I recently purchased a television from your website on March 4. I received the
order today on March 13, unfortunately when I opened the box the television
screen appeared to have a crack that went across the screen. (My Order Number
is #9852318960)

In order to have this issue handled, I would like you to refund the amount of
money spent on the television back onto my credit card. I have returned the
television back to the closest Toshiba provider and have purchased a different
television at the store.

Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. Although I am very displeased
with my purchase I am still a loyal customer and look forward to purchasing from
