Meeting Minutes
June 24, 2014 at 7:00 pm

Board Members Present: Jeff Miles, Jill Hudgins, Carla Batchelor, Monica Kobayashi
Treasured Property (Property Management): Dwain Gullion

Meeting was called to order.

Meeting minutes from May 2014 were approved.
The landscapers did some pruning around the community, however some areas were
missed. Treasured Property contacted the landscaper about the bushes and shrubs and
even sent a picture. However, the landscapers have not yet completed the work.
o Action Item: Treasured Property will continue communicating with the
landscaper about getting the plants properly trimmed back or revmoved.
o A homeowner present also asked that larger shrubs in front of 3805 be considered,
or allow the dwarf ones grow a little bigger.
There is a continual problem with dog wasted not being picked up.
o Action Item: Treasured Property will post a courtesy note to suspected residents
reminding them about picking up dog waste and that dogs should be on a leash
when outside.
The association tax return is ready.
o Action Item: Treasured Property will follow-up with Kim Anglin to get a status
report for the audit.
Action Item: Treasured Property will get an estimate for staining/sealing the wooden
walkways. However, it was noted that if it is too hot, the actions may have to wait until
later in the year.
It was noted that a mattress and other junk was left by the dumpster in front of 3706.
Also need a new dumpster in front of 3702 as it was dented to where it will not open.
Discussion of the reserve account at Suntrust Bank and the advantages/disadvantages of
moving the reserve funds in the future to the Banco Popular account. For now, will
continue using the Suntrust account for holding the reserve funds.
Accomplishments since the last meeting
o The truck with expired/missing tags was towed. The van was taken care of by its
owner, and other vehicles have been moved.
o Only 2 coupon booklets were returned due to bad addresses, however these are
the two unit owners for which this has been a problem in the past.
o Several unit owners are using the BB&T bank vault system.

The meeting moved to the executive session.

Meeting was adjourned.
