part of homework.
Reading Visualization, Making Word Predictions,
Central Message, Comparing and Contrasting books,
Making Predictions, Retelling, and Decoding Words
Writing: Narrative Writing, including adding
illustrations to story, adding dialogue, using word wall
to spell words correctly.
Math: Addition numbers sentences, addition story
problems, addition facts to 10, count on strategy to
add, subtraction number stories, take away and minus,
count-back strategy to subtract, subtraction facts
from 10 or less, and simple picture graphs.
Science/Social Studies: Folktales including, John
Henry, Johnny Appleseed, Davy Crockett, and Paul
Bunyan
