- Bt n : 0,9kg , Bx=95%

nguyn liu sau :
- ng saccaroza 200kg; Bx=99,7%
- Mt tinh bt 130kg, Bx=82%, RS=40%
- Axit Citric 1,1kg ; Bx=95%
- Hng cam 50ml
Yu cu nng cht kh ca si r sau khi ha tan c Bx= 81%, cho lng nc bay
hi trong qu trnh ha tan l 5%.
